Crab Noodles 素螃蟹面 at VeganPho - Lucky Plaza — Ziggy Radiobear's Review (Jan 27, 2024)

This is the first stall you see when you enter this foodcourt. Very nice vegan pho! The broth was quite sweet but not in a bad way. Well balanced flavour to it. The crab cake was very special and tasty, made of tofu and some other stuff. Had loads of fresh mushrooms, veggies and bean sprouts too. There were also some fried tofu in it. Very filling and tasted quite healthy, Served with vegetarian chilli sauce which had a prawny flavour, not really spicy. The Viet Auntie was very friendly and welcoming. Very affordable!
