These are really good! I’ve had their turkey slices before, and was excited to try the ham. The texture and flavor were absolutely perfect. I made a warm ham and cheese sandwich on a vegan brioche bun for lunch and it was great. I used a couple slices for the sandwich and can’t wait to get these again! I’m thinking of crisping them up in a frying pan next time to use for vegan eggs benedict 😋
