This was surprisingly good! I didn’t have high expectations for a frozen bean & rice burrito. I microwaved it to defrost it, then crisped up the tortilla in a dry frying pan. It hit the spot for a quick snack, but wasn’t filling enough to be a full lunch. I’d get this again if it’s on sale to have in the freezer for a quick bite.
