Review of Prima Dadler - Rema 1000 by vanille
They’re not medjools, but I of course had to try them anyway! Sold under Rema’s own brand, but they’re distributed by the same company as ‘Green dates’ which I have already reviewed.
Taste is good. A nice #caramel like flavour that is sweet and tasty, although they’re not as rich and deep in their flavour as my favourite types.
They are of the #mazafati variety, with a very thin and flakey skin. The #dates themselves are very soft and gooey on inside. Frankly I prefer a bit more structure, this variety often becomes a bit too mushy for my liking. They feel super #fresh however!
💵~15 NOK! Very cheap and it’s rare to find dates this affordable. 200g. The packaging is #recyclable.
Can’t beat the price, and the quality is clearly good. I would likely purchase again, but I believe this was a holiday product.
