i really enjoyed this deli ham substitute! i will say it’s not quite realistic, and i feel like the texture is slightly thinner and slightly more rubbery than traditionally cut deli ham. that being said, i enjoy the taste a lot and think it mimics ham pretty well. the slices per package aren’t bad either, and i feel like this is one of the substitutes i’ve gotten for cheaper compared to others.
