Review of Cauliflower Tacos at Gloria's Corner Cafe by lilyycaroline

We loved eating at Gloria’s and had to go there for dinner another night! This time I chose the cauliflower taco plate, which came with 3 corn tortillas filled with spiced roasted cauli, radish, onion, sliced avocado, a creamy almond-based sauce, cilantro, and lime. I asked them to add cabbage as well and I think that added a lot of nice texture and freshness to the meal! While I love a plant-centric dish and this was yummy, I wish they had included a protein source like some beans or tofu. This would’ve made it a bit more complete and worth the money. I also didn’t find the almond sauce very flavorful and needed to add hot sauce to amp it up. Overall, it was still a good dish and I love how there were several vegan options to choose from!
