This Bulgogi by Sweet Earth was pretty good! A tad bit too much black pepper for my liking but overall a tasty meal! I truly appreciate the big pieces of vegetables and chewy seitan giving this dish good texture.
Lower in fat and saturated fat with an excellent source of protein! Salt is lower than most other microwave meals which I appreciate. A bit too much sugar for me, but definitely worth the try!
