i love the cheesy flavor of nutritional yeast! it’s great to sprinkle onto your food, and even better mixed into a sauce. i always use it to mix into my vegan mac, and it brings a depth of flavor you can’t find anywhere else. while “cheesy”, nooch can also be used for recipes that don’t involve cheese at all; i love using it to add extra depth to soups, make seitan, and mix into my tofu scramble!
