“Salmon” Avocado roll at Beyond Sushi (W 37th Street) — Mel's Review (Jan 18, 2024)

Pleasantly surprise at the accuracy of the taste and texture of this beautiful salmon in this maki roll. With that, I can be stop eating fish and still get my sashimi/sushi fix. :D
