NY Cheesecake at The Butcher’s Son — ani's Review (Jan 15, 2024)

I never used to like dairy cheesecakes because I always thought they tasted too sweet and decadent, and also because I'm lactose intolerant #ditchdairy I've liked some raw vegan cheesecakes but generally I don't really like things that are similar to a NY style cheesecake even if it's vegan. I feel like they are unnecessarily thick. However this one had perfect thickness, great crust and filling. It seemed much more wholesome than a typical cheesecake and I loved it! Made with soy which I love so much #teamsoy
It was better than Daiya cheesecake because it tastes homemade. Would be great with chocolate sauce, or blueberry sauce! Or maybe some fresh fruit like blueberries and/or strawberries
