This was good. I probably could’ve done a better job with this. I should’ve used a tad bit more oil and seasoning. My opinion is that this tastes just slightly fishy so it’s really important to season it well. I’m not a fan of the fish taste. I should have seared it then grilled it. Oh well. Next time.
I had this with some vegan garlic butter roasted broccoli and cauliflower. We were so hungry we ate it all without taking any pictures. I also forgot to get pictures of the back of the box. Ugh!🤦🏻♀️
By the way, I LOVE that’s its simple ingredients. 95% mushroom root. Amazing!
