Vegan Creamy Spinach, Artichoke, and Jalapeño Pizza (Vegan Dining Month Special) at Rudy's Gourmet Pizza — pdxveg's Review (Jan 13, 2024)

This consisted of roasted artichokes, spinach, and jalapeños on top of a luscious, creamy, cheesy sauce covered in Follow Your Heart 🐮🥛-free mozzarella shreds on a wonderfully chewy 🐮🥛-free garlic butter crust. With a brilliant choice of ingredients, this was fantastic. This month, as part of Vegan Dining Month, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Meals On Us PDX, a local nonprofit that provides healthy meals to people suffering from food insecurity.
