Review of Grilled BBQ Satay Seitan Skewers at Luanne's Wild Ginger by oliviazheng

The BBQ sauce was fantastic and I loved how the outside of the seitan was crispy but the inside very chewy. The roasted onions and peppers added great flavor as well.
