Review of Baked Lumache at Ocotillo Restaurant by ashtothexo

What a cool dish. Don’t see things like this often. The vegan sausage had a good kick to it too. The pasta was tasty. It was rich in flavor. My only downside is that it can come across a bit muddled or like a bowl of mush towards the end.
