I love a good lasagne and out of the ones I've tried from all plants this is the best I've had. It's creamy and so sweet whilst still maintaining that's it's savoury. After making butternut curry and soups last year the squash has grown on me greatly.. I'll have to post my sainsburys stats after this to show how veggie I am
