Unfortunately, for +/- R60, I wasn't impressed with this #vegan #coconutoil based mozzarella cheese. It definitely did not melt when I really wanted to use it to veganise a meatball dish. It was neutral in taste. It's very soft and crumbly. Sadly, I won't be re-purchasing. It certainly wasn't worth the money.
