“a tamarind sour broth with fresh lime juice, lemon grass, kaffir lime leaf, galangal root, onion, celery, cilantro and tomato; with a choice of vegan chicken, beef, tofu or veggie only” – we went with tofu & overall this was a delicious soup! so warm, flavourful, & comforting 🥰
