Review of Whole Roasted Blackened Cauliflower Platter at Neon Tiger by lilyycaroline

Neon Tiger is a fully vegan spot in downtown CHS. I took my Omni brother there for dinner but didn’t tell him the food was vegan and he LOVED his meal and had no idea his fettuccini Alfredo and grilled chicken were actually vegan until he devoured it and I told him! I’m personally not into burgers and wasn’t feeling pizza this day so I chose the roasted cauliflower appetizer as my meal and it was INCREDIBLE! I received a huge plate with a whole roasted cauliflower served overtop vibrant beet hummus and herby tzatziki. The dish was topped with tahini, crispy seasoned chickpeas, vegan feta, pomegranate seeds, and mint. It was served alongside crispy za’atar seasoned pita chips, to scoop up all that goodness! This dish was so incredibly full of flavor, texture, and nutrition! It’s great as a personal meal or to share as a starter with a group. I had a bit left afterwards, which I compiled into a meal the next day (last pic). I would love to try out their pizzas and salads some time, but I’d honestly return just to enjoy this fantastic dish again!
