This consisted of seasoned tofu, sautéed soyrizo, diced tomatoes, roasted poblano peppers, corn, onions, and melty Vevan Foods 🐮🥛-free cheddar cheese in a garlic and herb wrap. Drizzled with a lively vegan chipotle aioli and garnisheed with scallions. Served with hash browns. It was hearty, flavorful, packed with protein, comforting, and satisfying. This month, as part of Vegan Dining Month, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Meals On Us PDX, a local nonprofit that provides healthy meals to people suffering from food insecurity.
