Arancini at Astoria Bistro Botanique — Le Raton Saveur's Review (Jan 7, 2024)

The other reviews don’t lie: these were absolutely delicious.

I actually never got to try arancini before going vegan so I can’t vouch for how they compare to the real thing (though the other reviews say they taste like they’re straight out of Italy).

But these are delightfully crispy on the outside and cheezy and gooey on the inside. My friend and I shared this so we went for the four-piece option.
