Five stars, easy 🙂 I'm not always down for #salad or healthy green things or #lowcarb lunches, which makes it even more remarkable that this dish impressed me so much. The #friedchicken was decent but nothing special, the #croutons were okay but a little bit lacking in crunch. Make no mistake - the majesty of this is in the #kale 🤤🤤🤤🤤

It's crunchy and tasty and leafy (important: soak up dressing 😁) and present in such abundance that I didn't feel the need to treasure every mouthful and could really just dig in and enjoy doing so. #heaven 🤤
