“Corn tortilla chips, zucchini, mushrooms, avocado, and tofu eggs sautéed in a salsa Roja topped with homemade sour cream & Daiya cheese. Gluten-free. Served all day.” ++ I added their vegan asada… which isn’t listed on the menu online, but they had a blackboard out with taco options and I noticed the asada, so I asked for it and the guy at the register was like- nice, good idea. The add-on raised the price from $18 to $22. Either way, it was a bit pricey for chilaquiles—but if you’re vegan and have a craving for breakfast nachos, it can be hard to find a place that offers them. These were everything I hoped they would be. The zucchini, other veggies veggies, asada, and sauces, were all so so flavorful. Im not normally a fan of daiya cheese but they used just the right amount and I found myself liking everything so I much I’m now reconsidering daiya as a brand and may give them another shot. I would recommend this place for a nice sit down meal or takeout :) especially considering the customer service and hospitality is top notch. I ordered these to-go, and they were still delicious 35 minutes after leaving the restaurant.
