These shrooms are so good that even the carnies enjoyed them on my cheese board.
I was never a biltong lover but this I'll definitely always be keen on buying.
Romeo recommended I freeze it if I'm not using it within a few days of purchase and it froze perfectly.
My second bag I kept refrigerated.
