these are some delicious english muffins! while they are wider than they are tall, and a bit wider than other english muffins i’ve had. i like how much surface area the muffins have for spreading toppings. they are very easy to pull apart because they are pre-forked; additionally, they split evenly instead of having one huge half and one tiny half! i’m also a sourdough fan, so these were a fun find.
i believe this is a chicago-based company?? so i haven’t seen the brand far from chicago yet, but these are definitely worth a try for those who like lots of room to top their english muffins 😇 these would also make great breakfast sandwiches!
