Again, not up to Roots standards when it comes to looks, but this bowl was great. I think the employee took all his anger out on this poor bowl. I've never seen anyone smash ingredients into a bowl so hard.🤣 This particular bowl is a great heart healthy option. For vegans this bowl comes in three varieties, I got the #BBQ #Tofu this time, which was delicious. Fits way better than the Miso. This had a generous serving of fresh #kale, bulgur and rice, beets, sweet potato, tomatoes, red onions, avocado and I added pitas instead of the feta. You get free substitutions! Every bowl can be made vegan and even #glutenfree. This also comes with a creamy lemon 🍋 tahini dressing as well. This bowl has so many healthy heart and blood boosting ingredients! It was only $12, for a very large serving size!
