Oat and legume based plant protein. The nutrition comes mainly from gluten free oats, pea protein and fava bean protein. Curry flavoured. This one resembles a bit like ground beef. Its basically ready to use as it is, so you can add it to your meal whenever you like. Contains 17 grams of protein per 100g. This product is good for people with celiac for example or anyone else avoiding gluten. Can be used in so many ways, curries are the obvious one. But I think this would be good filling in stuffed baguette or a sandwich too.
