Review of Taiwanese 'Beef' Ramen at Lotus Café 蓮心食坊 by keifeewowo
Honestly, the beef itself is textured soy/tofu so don’t have crazy high hopes for that other than the fact that the braised taste is good
Noodles were not clumpy, slurps well + really love the variety of vegetables 🌽 🥕 🥬
BUT the star of the show is the DAIKON/RADISH!! it is full of the braised stock herbal flavour and it absorbed all of the goodness, saving that best for last hehe
