fallafel in pita bread at Asher's Corner Cafe @ Ashers Farm Sanctuary — Veronica Groenewald's Review (Jan 1, 2024)

It was too warm for a big meal so I opted for something light.

A #pita bread lined with #hummus, filled with delicious #falafels, #salad, #gherkins, and surprisingly #sauerkraut, with #tahini drizzled on top. I have never thought to add #sauerkraut to my homemade pitas, but this worked. A really good pita full of flavor.

A few photos of the precious animals, they were initially rescues but I suspect they are now the face of the business 😃
