Tofu Steak at Busboys and Poets — ramaya's Review (Dec 31, 2023)

Really good tofu with a smoky flame grilled flavor. The dish was served with wild brown rice carrots, mushrooms, and brusel sprouts which gave the dish a really nice hearty and balanced feel. Too bad that I can't find the dish as an option on the menu anymore because this was amazing and would want to order it every time.
