This consisted of baked Oregon Russet potatoes crushed into a thick, rich, and creamy broth, and topped with 🐷-free 🥓 bits, 🌱-based cheddar shreds, and green onions. It is so warm and comforting, great for a chilly day. (Gluten free without the 🐷-free 🥓 bits.)
