Review of Hot&Spicy Tofu and Mushroom Pho (Vegan option) at Pho by planetontheplate

Overall average - i didn't know what to expect since I'd never had Pho before, but as someone who could have noodles for every meal, i had high expectations for quality. It did not disappoint when it came to quality and portion! Lovely big bowl of noodles filled with fried tofu and mushrooms, but that seemed to be the only things in there. Although it was served with a side of coriander and a slice of lemon, it still didn't seem spicy, I had to add some extra chilli oil and chilli pieces to make it somewhat spicy. It's a safe option to order, although i usually like creamier broths and more toppings, so would be ordering something else next time for the same £13. The lemon iced tea was refreshing but lacked any sugar (it wasn't mixed in properly, so got a lot of sugar in the end!)
