oyster mushrooms fritters at The Kind Bowl — Keith Wo's Review (Dec 27, 2023)

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS 🍄

So tasty, slightly salty and peppery, bringing out the earthy mushroom tastes, dipped in delicious chilli sauce, oh what a banger of a side!!

It was crispy, not too much batter, not exactly tempura-styled batter that is very light but it was not overly heavy nonetheless

Mushrooms were perfectly cooked and tender inside after biting through the crispy fried coating

I don’t give it any higher as it is something that has been done before in other stores, just that The Kind Bowl does is exceptionally well!
