Felt like a kid when I bought these. Same great taste of regular #impossible nuggets but in the shape of animals. I usually make these in the oven, but they even taste great when microwaved (you just need to let them cool and firm up for a couple minutes after). The taste and texture of these are spot on compared to traditional #nuggets. Even my omni husband loves these--impossible nuggs are the only nuggets he buys anymore :) and that's a big win in my book lol.
