This is my favorite sugar for baking. It's the only one I use! I purchase mine at either Target or Kroger as they have the best price (under $4). The box is also pretty large. I store mine in jars for a bit more freshness. Raw sugar isn't processed like white sugar, so you don't have to worry about bone char. Ew. This substitutes white sugar perfectly in most recipes. I love baking cakes and cupcakes! My specialty! This raw sugar also melts well in warm beverages like #tea or #coffee.
