Tsukemen zuppa

Always been curious what a tsukemen tastes like. Very happy to have finally gotten my chance here.
The soup is slightly spicy and garlicky, just how a tsukemen should be in my mind. It will also come with an egg, but you can just shoo that away like the proper vegan you are. The owner will also helpfully point that out and will ask you when you hand in the ticket.
