Today I received my #veganisnotscary week 8 giveaway winnings! Right in time for dinner prep for tonight. I was wondering what I was going to make. I received an assortment of these seasoned lentil rice packs by Right Rice. I immediately thought what better than a mixed veggie cilantro lime rice with daring plant based “chicken” pieces and cut up @justegg foldables. I added TJ’s Hatch Valley Salsa for some added flavor!
It came out so good , low in fat and a great source of fiber and protein!
Delicious meal in 15 minutes !
Can’t wait to try the other flavors!
