Mango Sushi at Grand Vege Creative 素膳 — Steven Neoh's Review (Dec 18, 2023)

I have a hyperactive #sweettooth so I'm never going to complain about #mango, but then you think of the usual supporting cast with #sushi and you are a bit flummoxed. Why would this particular fruit work well with soy sauce, wasabi, rice, seaweed, or #veganmayo? 🥹 I love the inventiveness of the concept and the prettiness of the plating, but I'll be getting a different sushi flavour next time!
