This is the first plant-based bacon that I am seriously impressed with. The same crispness, the same saltiness, so good as part of a vegan burger or enjoy it in another way. It is very expensive though, but considering how well it tastes and how real it looks too, it is absolutely worth it. I'd much rather "pig out" on some cruelty-free bacon on the rare occasion that I have a taste for it. Other bacons tend to look a bit artificial or don't get AS crispy, but THIS really did an amazing job here.
