yes, that is a vegan egg! this was absolutely insane, i just had to come here once i found out they could make this! it tasted JUST like a real egg, even my non-vegan gf agreed. had to double check with the waiter just in case, even though the whole restaurant is vegan 😅 although the egg was super impressive, the rest of the burger was a bit lackluster and the fries were hardly seasoned and overall not that good. awesome thing to try while i was in new york though! also i met adam sandler a few hours after this haha
