Another day, another #makeyourown #saladbowl for me 🙂 See, there's the word #salad in it, so I can go on #pretendingtobehealthy 😛 In reality, this was me loading on proteins as compensation for skipping lunch (again), with the double #tempeh resting atop some #mapotofu 😉 And oh, #chickpeas too 🥰 The flavour was great, or maybe I was just hungry and deep in conversation with a colleague. I thought the options were rather innovative and thoughtful; the staff rather less so when they resorted to loudly stacking the chairs and pushing the tables to the side to let us know that 7.30pm was closing time 🙄
