More than anything, the first word that came to mind was silky š In an almost gelatinous sentiment, the oil distribution made the #hummus oddly smooth to the touch šÆ The imposing presence of #tahini was pleasant as I do enjoy a stronger flavour presence there š The lack of salt was nice until I realised a little more mightāve been good to bring out the #chickpeasā profile š«¢
I canāt recall the price of this but I know it wasnāt cheap š« especially when you consider how insanely cheap the cost of ingredients actually are
I still love hummus though because reallyā¦ #hummusgoeswitheverything š
