One of my favourite haunts in the Mont Kiara area, and they have just added some new stuff to their menu 🙂 Which also means that there's new stuff to review, so I can start coming again 😁 If their other additions are all of the same standard as these pretend #scallops, then I'm really looking forward to my next visit ☺️ They use #eryngii #mushrooms, scuff them up a bit so that they visually resemble scallops, and then roast them to this spectacular golden-brown hue. Then ladle some more #truffleoil on top to give them the earthiest of rich flavours 😋 These were marketed as a sharing plate (or a gluttonous #starter for those who are #notsharing 😉), but I could see this working as a main with a larger portion size and a bit more forethought on the sides/carbs 🙂
