I literally gasped and did a double take when I took my first bite of this. I was expecting a regular schemgualr wrap like others I’ve had before, but this was something else. I don’t know what seasonings they used, but it really elevated the scramble, mushrooms and greens to something so satisfying, delicious, filling yet light 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽 really loved the sauce it came with too which I can best describe as a cross between a salsa and a sambal.
