Review of Soup with brown bread at Matt The Millers Bar & Restaurant by littlecanadianvegan

Very happy to come across a cute pub restaurant in Kilkenny with a separate fully vegan menu. I thought the soup would just be a minestrone type thing but ended up being this delicious creamy option. It was the best soup I’ve ever had! A bonus is that it came with a side of brown bread and vegan butter. Get this alongside the cauliflower wings and you’ll be full!
