It seems not even Ploom could resist the enticing aroma of this #pepper ☺️ It’s also one of the more impressive #veganoptions from this omnivore establishment, so could you blame the poor thing 🥹 #isopodsofabv

This #maindish is essentially a #stuffed #poblano 😙 You got the savouriness from the cauliflower as well as the mole 😋 There was a silky mouthfeel to the #cactus that was caught in between my favourite sweet and savoury spot 😛 With the corn and pomegranate, it all made for a texturally interesting bite 😝 Not to mention, the fun burst of sweetness and a little sour! The bite had buoyancy, fibre, mush, and crisp from the perfectly #deepfried pepper itself 🤪

Though I thought this dish was phenomenal, I can’t in good conscious say it’s worth $28 😗

If you’re out on the town, looking to spend it up, why not? Just watch your isopods 🥸
