I rarely make tofu at home because I can never make it taste as good as it does in restaurants. But I enjoyed this one, consistency was rrally firm and tasty. Would be useful to have better cooking instructions - was I supposed to add oil or is it enough to cook it in the sauce that comes with it. I put it in my salad and it was quite nice, and the sriracha flavor was not very strong. Update: Have repurchased it many times since, it’s the only tofu I buy.
