Stumbled upon this ramen joint that had 3 vegan ramens on the menu, plus vegan options in every other category of food as well.
I enjoyed this dish overall. The broth was flavourful and the noodles so chewy. I did find it slightly odd how the tofu and veg toppings were cold but that didn’t at all ruin the dish. #ramen #tofu #tofulover 🍜

Hmmm that’s not very appealing to have cold ingredients. It doesn’t make me want to try.
