Review of Seitan Marsala at Blind Faith Cafe by ninetypercent

They make their own seitan in house and it's amazing. I can't wait to go back and try seitan again. I never seem to like it when I try cooking it myself. This had amazing flavor and the mashed squash was so yummy, a nice combo.
