this was mind-blowing in many ways. first, it tasted very authentic - light yet flavourful broth, good noodle: veg: broth ratios which made for an overall filling meal! and second, the minced impossible me*t looked so real that my non-vegan friend insisted on having it first to ‘check’ and even went to double-check if they had served me the right dish. paired my meal with their iced lemongrass peach tea which was a nice cooler! i loved this.
