The tofu is certainly surprising! It has the texture of egg tofu but doesn’t have the aftertaste — never had anything quite like it actually. It might actually be a #seafoodtofu in hindsight. I know Everbest has the sort. The rest of the #banhmi is simple with just a basic sprinkle of vegetables 🄬

This was ąøæ139 for a ā€œsmallā€ portion. I’m curious what big one looks like now 😵
